JoAnn was a Broker/Associate and was in business since 1983.
She created real estate success stories, one client at a time. Her market knowledge, superior service, and attention to detail allowed her business to thrive with referrals and repeat customers. She had a deep commitment to her client's financial success and a thorough understanding of their needs which removed the burden of stress from their shoulders.
She loved being a REALTOR, Mother, Grandmother, and friend. We all miss her very much. Her children Jeffrey Buck and Jennifer Leblanc both entered the real estate business due to her influence. Jeffrey formed a real estate technology company Profile Your City, Inc, and a real estate company called Club Properties. Her daughter Jennifer LeBlanc became a REALTOR and formed her own real estate company called Precise Realty Corp. Her son Jay lives in South Florida and invests in rental properties.
